Portsmouth Plastics was established in the early 1990s by a group of professionals who wanted to excel in offering reliable products that had already earned the trust of many customers over the years, and while we’re not as large as some others in the industry, we’ve focused on delivering dependable machines, with several hundred units sold so far.
In the beginning, we introduced a variety of hydraulic machines under the Portsmouth Plastics name, these included both continuous extrusion and accumulation models, all updated with more efficient components and solutions to better serve our customers’ needs.
In 2024, we launched a new series of Injection Stretch Hydraulic machines, called the Model HJ-Core.
This new model feature utilizes an advanced hydraulic clamping system, optimized for modern production needs, offering precise control, reliability, and efficiency. HJ-Core integrates several modern features, including energy-saving technology and easy-to-use controls, ensuring it meets the evolving demands of the blow moulding industry. The HJ-Core is an ideal solution for businesses looking to improve production without compromising quality or performance with it’s robust durability and cost-effective operation.
As we continue to grow, Portsmouth Plastics places a strong emphasis on and commitment to after-sales support, as our services include complete overhauls of machines from any brand, programmable logic controller, control upgrades, replacements across various platforms, and to update older models, ensuring they stay aligned with the latest market trends. We also offer modification and refurbishment services, ensuring older machines, regardless of brand, remain up-to-date with the latest technologies.
